1500 Series

Valpadana 1500 series is specifically designed to meet the needs of amenities contractors, grounds maintenance managers, smaller farmers and specialist growers, the 1500 series compact tractor range combines ease of operation and rugged build with modern ergonomics, advanced styling and excellent operator comfort. Three models are available, the 1540, 1545 and 1550. All offer established Valpadana performance features that include an outstanding 55 degree turn angle for the driven front axle, a two speed 540/540 Economy PTO and a generous 1200 kg rear linkage lift capacity. A 16 x 16 creep speed transmission offering operating speeds down to 250 m/h is standard. The operator platform is mounted on silent block bushes to help prevent heat and vibration reaching the driver. Combined with the standard high comfort seat, this makes 1500 tractors among the most comfortable models in their class.

All round visibility is also excellent. The folding ROPS frame is positioned ahead of the driver, ensuring a clear view of both trailed and linkage-mounted implements. The under hood muffler and air intake ensures visibility over the sloping hood, which is free of any obstruction. The ROPS frame can also be completely folded so that it does not impair forward visibility. This is not only important to customers specifying a front linkage and PTO system, but also to those working in golf courses, parks & gardens, orchards or vineyards, where the smooth tractor profile reduces the risk of plant or crop damage. Even the direction indicators fold back and out of the way.

Series 1500 tractors combine an advanced specification with exceptionally low operating costs. Even routine maintenance is straightforward, the bonnet provides full access to the engine and major components.

1 - Safety Frame Folding front frame, tested in compliance with the current standards in force, to protect the operator to the fullest extent.

3 - Twin Lock Simultaneous front and rear differential locking conveniently operated by means of an electro-hydraulic button on the side console.

4 - All-round Visibility thanks to the rounded, tapered and attractively designed bonnet. This truly all-purpose and versatile tractor is ideal for all types of work of all types, from greenhouses to orchards.

5 - 4WD Front Axle Optimum ground clearance is guaranteed thanks to the dropped final drives. The 55° steering angle makes the tractor very easy to handle while the power steering system allows precise manoeuvre to be made in comfortable conditions.

6 - 30 Km/h Gearbox with Synchronised Reverse Shuttle The basic gearbox features the creeper as an option. This means that the operator can select from amongst a total of 32 ratios, including 16 forward and 16 reverse speeds obtained thanks to the fully synchronised reverse shuttle. The resulting speed range is very comprehensive and starts from a minimum 250 (m/h) until reaching a maximum speed of 30 (Km/h), all that's needed for high productivity and versatility.

7 - Disc Brakes The oil-cooled type. Safe braking and a fade-free braking action are guaranteed.

8 - Rear Axle Strong and reliable with dropped final drives. Allows ideal track widths to be obtained for work in narrow orchards, parks and open field jobs.

Valpadana 1500 series compact tractor control layout 9 - Power Takeoff Besides speeds synchronised with the ground speed of the tractor, this mechanically controlled PTO also offers 540 and 750 (RPM) speeds, for the utmost versatility.

10 - Hydraulic Power Lift Mechanically controlled, allows the implement to be accurately positioned and the job quickly done thanks to the basic DRAFT, POSITION and INTERMIX functions. The optional hydraulic front PTO and linkage, offers a wide range of additional uses for the tractor including, front end finishing mower, flail etc.

11 - Three-Point Linkage Class 1, strong and efficient, ideal for heavy-duty jobs. Can lift 1200 Kg at the ball ends.

12 - Rear Auxiliary Control Valves Standard supply includes 2 single and double-acting control valves. The levers are in ergonomic positions and can be very conveniently used by the operator.

13 - Driver's Seat and Controls The operator will be comfortable on the excellent quality seat and platform suspended on silent blocks. The controls are located in a rational way in compliance with avant-garde standards of ergonomics.
